When you place an order or create an account we collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and your order history. Payment card and banking details are collected and processed by PayHalal, our payment gateway — they never reach our servers.
We use your personal data to process and deliver orders, manage your account, respond to enquiries and returns, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and prevent fraud. We do not sell personal data, and we do not send marketing communications unless you have agreed to receive them.
Your data is disclosed only to service providers who need it to fulfil your order: our payment gateway (PayHalal), delivery and courier partners, and our website hosting and database providers, some of whom may store data outside Malaysia. Each provider receives only what it needs for its role.
Order records are retained for as long as required for tax, accounting and warranty purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Account data is kept until you ask us to close your account.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access limited to authorised personnel. Passwords are stored only in hashed form.
Under the PDPA you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent to its processing (which may mean we can no longer fulfil orders for you).
